♥ Gluten-free: Pumpkin Cake Bars ♥

Ingredients

1/4 c pumpkin puree
2 tbsp honey
1 egg
1/2 c almond flour
1/8 t salt
1/8 t nutmeg
1/4 t baking soda
1/4 t cinnamon

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 & grease an 8x4 pan with butter.
2. Mix pumpkin, honey, & egg until well blended.
3. Add dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
4. Pour batter into greased pan and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.

Serves 4.
